Quote from the ebay auction......

"This is better than nitrous without The Nitrous effects on the motor." = BS

I dont know what it is, or how its suppost to make its horsepower, but whatever it is, its about as good as the turbonator, dont waste your money.

Wow... I've seen some shady things on eBay... but this may take the cake... and the icing. Especially this part... it's my favorite:

Riiiiight. If you have to even mention this part, something isn't right about it.

Looks like the standard resistor trick a lot of other cars have, which is nothing more than making the ECU think that the car is running at "turn-on" temperatures all the time and adjusts the A/F ratio to run extremely rich (I think) all the time because it always thinks the engine is cold.

Now explain to me how they don't think that it won't be bad for the engine. If the engine wasn't supossed to know if its warm or cold...they wouldn't have seperate A/F settings for them would they?

looks like a variable resistor, I had the standard resistor in my old car and it did not work. You can go to radio shack and build that for under 5 dollars .

yeah... this is just a variation on the resistor trick.... this one looks like it has an adjustable dial on it... probably because newer vehicles ECU's like the tC's will eventually detect the change and phase it out if it's at a constant setting, so you have to turn it off every once in a while.

Does not cause any such power gains... causes your car to run extremely rich... running rich will lose you power, and cause un-do carbon build up in your engine, which will also help with power loss.

Scam scam scam......

As mentioned above, you could do the same for a few bucks at radio shack... but I would never even try it. You will be running rich as hell, killing your low rpm performance, not to mention not being so great for the engine. And running rich increases emissions, meaning you probably would not be legal in CA. Hence the "this is not illegal! this is legal! legal legal legal!" crap they keep saying on there. Stay away from this!

Default Resistor

ECU thinks its cold = Pumps more fuel = Washed Oil = Bye Bye Bottom End Bearings.
