So I dont really drive like a granny, but I'm not abusive either. What can I do to help ensure none of this is harmful to the engine down the road? Intake is only mod.
I use Mobil 1 full synthetic and oil changes every 3k. Thinking about getting that Eunos manual gear fluid.
Any ideas?

you just gotta pick your time and places when to let your horses gallop. like when going down an on-ramp onto the highway or junction without traffic. when at a traffic light, and the posted speed limit is 50 mph, i drive on one to work everyday, so if i come to a stop at the intersection, i love to just floor it in 2nd from a roll since 2nd gear tops out at 55 mph, i get to enjoy a few seconds of full acceleration without worrying about excessive speeding (only excessive acceleration).
another good point is a piece of advice my grandfather gave me. alittle background info, my brother, and his 3 brothers owned a farm up in montana, and when they didn't have the money to buy their first tractor, they built one from spare parts and junkyard diving. he then put my mother, and her 3 other siblings through college by restoring antique tractors when the growing season was over.
anyway, he told me that you can either work a machine, or you can work with a machine. you can either take a car/truck/tractor, and use it for all it is worth and run it into the ground as hard as possible and it'll always be worn out and broken. or you can use the machine to help you work, and use it's capabilities with regards to its limitations and maintain it so that it will help and serve you a long time.
case and point, the vehicles that are on his farm. they are relics. 1955 grain truck, 1975 chevy silverado, and a 198X ford pickup. he has tractors that are ancient, but they all still work.
so you can drive your car and have fun, and take it to the limit. but you can't do it everyday, and you have to know and understand the limits and what it can and can't do.

Its the intakes fault!!
Mostly I just like to hear the intake from 3-4 or 3-4.5k rpms. Thats not so bad is it?
If I were to replace the stock S-pipe would that make it more throaty?

I drive my car hard... I put lots of miles (100 per day highway). I'm turbo'd (for about 22k miles) and I've hit redline many times. My car runs perfectly and it will continue to do so as I maintain it well. Mobil1 Synthetic every 3k and I often clean/replace my air filter. You'll be fine.. just maintain it.
if you want better sound get a good cat-back, or even just a decent one. I just bought the tsudo n-1 and it sounds great and the few extra hp are nice too. If you want your tc to last, you can drive "spirited" just make sure to keep up with maintenance.
