i loved my skunk2 exhaust. it had a deep butt tone, a little loud, but it made me happy. took it off b/c i was getting a little too much attention from ricers and cops, but i'm probably gona be putting it back on somewhere down the line.

 

i always knew skunk2 to be too ricey which is waht i DONT want.

i like the way the magnoflow cat back sounds, and 650$ isnt too bad for a cat back.

 

ive never heard the skunk2 in person .... the magnaflow is a great exhaust if you want a sleeper look. but im telling yall, a megan mid-pipe with a precision muffler axelback is sex!!!!

i don't know what your definition for a ricey exhaust is, but the skunk2 doesn't fit in for me. it's a straight exit, it's not raspy, it's got a low growl, and it costs 200 less than the magnaflow.

 

hmm. ill look into that then.

 

Megan Drift Spec looks good and sounds even better, skunk2 catback is also prettty nice as well as the concept g

as for the intake go with TRD or Injen

 

isnt the TRD just an AEM cold air intake?

the best cat back is one that you piece together your self and will get great results and its lot more fun to do then buying a kit

 

the tanabe concept g sounds real good and the fujita cai is very nice

 

what are u talking about id think one that was already tested for fitment and quality and put into production would be better than blinding ricing something together with ur welder or whatever method u speak of

 

For the most part all CAI are the same, just a tube and a filter. The TRD however has a Bypass Valve built into the intake incase the filter submerges in water(the chances of this happing i really dont know but any way) then the air will be drawn in through the valve instead of the filter. AEM makes a bypass valve for intakes but it requires modifing the intake and me being lazy would much rather just buy it already on

 

I have the skunk2 catback with injen intake, it doesnt sound bad at all, but i have to agree the best combo sound wise is the tanabe with injen.
