I know that you need a turbo to have a blow of valve but i love that sound. Is there any way to get it without getting a turbo even if its a subtle sound. I just love the "Psssssst" sound when the car switches gears.

The funny thing about the turbo whistler is that you'd hear the noise when you're ON the gas, not when you let off like a BOV.

Oh... and I hope you brought your flame suit to the party... b/c here it comes.

 

i say just make the sound with your mouth. that doesn't cost you anything, and it's just as authentic as that stupid whistle.
