Default bring back the dead: Weapon R air ram kit

so after searching and going thru 3 full pages of threads about "weapon r air ram kit" / "air ram kit" / "weapon r ram kit" and so-forth..

it seems like most of the potential threads about how to install the air-ram-kit or where they personally mounted were never completed! no pictures or anything about the weapon r air-ram kit. i know there were like 3 cars that had the 'custom' air-ram-kit that they made themselves using the fake-air-vents but i was wondering if anybody had pictures of their WEAPON R air-ram kit or at least some sort of drawing..

thanks in advance

i dont have pics but i didnt take off the bumper. i mounted it right behind the fake air vent. under the engine where the vent is located there is a bolt right in the corner that you can unscrew and the dirt guard or whatever that thing is can be pulled down. just drill into that and your good. ill try to get pics but its like 30 degrees outside so uh you gonna have to wait

beantowntc, thanks for the response. for a moment i thought i was the only one who has this freakin air-ram kit .. haha

but yeah, if you could get pictures that would be great. the reason why i'm asking about alternate spots for the kit is because i'm thinking about adding fogs to where the fake-air-vents are

Well you can do it but will be a tight fit. The ram air kit is so big and there ismt much room to play around down there. Not many places you can attach it too due too its size.

I need to bring this back... my friend got the MMW stage 1 kit, and I'd like to see some details as to the install before we start with the install. Also, I'm not sure how the ram air hose mates with the cone filter. Anyone?

Install is pretty straight forward if you've ever installed a short ram intake before. The ram air kit attaches too a plastic extension of the filter with a coupler clip. Pretty simple design and the ram tube just drops in by the wheel well like a slinky would.
