i could tell you who has 200 hp all motor but believe me... you could get a turbo for that money and pushing 250+ instead of 200! its not cheap... even if you install everything by yourself.
if you really dont want to get turbo i would say get a weapon R 4-2-1 header and s pipe combo, get a custom 2.25 mid pipe with aero25 resonator and whatever axle back muffler, get aem or either injen maybe weapon r intake. with these you could push MAAAAYBE 155 whp

it costs about $1,500 only if you install yourself, and it only gives like about 15-20 WHP. it's like $100 per HP. lol..

Here's a thread with an all motor build that cleared the 200HP goal:

And the specific mods on page 7:

155 whp with basic bolts ons.........i say more like 160 - 165 WHP not much more of a difference but if you get NST pullies and little tune you can push maybe 170-175 WHP......plus if you invest in the uni-chip which is suppously allows you to get the most out of your bolts ons...but as you mention, with all of the money with bolt ons you can get turbo...

if u want turbo, then don't waste money on header, intake, exhaust. it will be useless.

not necessarily, if you're going to have a turbo, you're probably going to want an exhaust...

yea, i mean, you will need a exhaust, but a 3" one for turbo is better. like the ptuning s back or turbo back. for non turbo, just a need 2.25" or 2.5" exhaust.

TC's are slow N/A with bolt ons compared to the competition equipped the same. However, these cars become a whole new animal when boosted but don't do it on a budget be sure to have access to a great tuner.

Well i think with a good header s-pipe combo along with intake exhuast and pulley u should be able to gain more than 155 whp. Ive seen dynos with just mmw header spipe combo, injen intake and axelback dyno at like 167 whp. Some people actually rob themselves of power by going with 2.5 inch exhuasts which is too big if your going n/a. , so they dont gain as much as keeping it 2.25. I agree though. If you have the cash get it boosted otherwise your gona struggle to get over 170 whp. which isnt bad but it would cost close to the same as a turbo kit.
