Default California Emissions: Issues w/ headers and some ?'s

With the cat deleted from the header, would it pass smog test for having just one highflow cat in the midpipe (the megan midpipe)?

Also, how bad is the low-end torque loss with the headers? I've been looking at the DC 4-2-1 and looking at the dyno chart, it actually looks like a linear increase from stock. Does anyone have DC headers with full catback that can back this up?

You will not pass smog in California.

Please

You will find many threads related to legality, smog, and hp/tq.

For the first question. You cannot change the locations of the stock cats for smog. Say take the one off of your exhasut manifold and put it in your mid pipe. Not gonna fly. And you deffinatly cannot delete one regardless of where it is located. So for the tC this is what smog is going to be looking for. One cat on the exhaust mani. And one on the mid pipe.
