Default Camcon Vvti Controller

I am interested in using this item to adjust my vvti setting and maybe play with the fuel curve a little.

Has anyone installed this on their TC? How well did it work? Would you recommend purchasing this item or going another route?

I have pretty much every bolt on available.

What does the V-manage have to offer that the Camcom doesn't?

Carefully.... The install guide is not very specific. I like it becuase you can do both the VVTi and air/fuel. But the directions pretty much say that you have to test and tune your way through in until you find the right setting for your application. But there is no recommended maps or anything...

I just have a feeling that i am running really rich and this seems like a good way to fix it and gain some power.

I printed that out and read through it months ago. The problem is that the maps they have on there are for stock vehicles.

I just wish that more people had installed them so i could get some consumer feedback.
Companies will say anything to sell their product but it is the consumber opinion that really affects my decision.

Here is a post I made after I installed my camcon and umnitza intake.

Here is another one I made after I eliminated my balance shafts.

This is a dyno comparisson of the umnitza and the injen intake. I had to make quite a few adjustments with the camcon when dynoing both intakes.

What are your current modifications?

I can give you some base settings for the cam timing but you really don't want to adjust anything without checking your A/F.

After many tuning sessions on the dyno going from one extreme to another these are the best settings I ended up with. "Do not use these settings without being able to monitor your A/F. Your car will more than likely run lean"

Cam Settings (rpm x 1000)

2 = +5
2.5 = +5
3 = +7
3.5 = +10
4 = +10
4.5 = +5
5 = -6
5.5 = -12
6 = -12
6.5 = -12

Sorry you had to postpone your install. I don't check the board very often on the weekends. You are better off sending me a PM.

Are you just looking for the wiring diagram? If so there is one with the instructions and I think you can also get one off of power enterprises web site.
