and is there any difference between automatic and manual transmission exhaust manifolds???

no.

also, for future reference, go to www.trdsparks.com and compare part numbers. if they numbers are the same, then they use the same part.

well christian the 05-06 use a different header than the 07-08 but they all fit eachother it was just a minor revision

yeah, but if you look at this post, in the title he asks if the 09 exhaust manifold is different from the 05, but then in his posted question, he asks if they manual will fit the automatic.

and while i didn't say they weren't different, they will all work.

They are 2 different manifolds, with 2 different part numbers. but they do the exact same thing. An 09 manifold will work on your 05.

The only difference is that the 07+ header is more equal length than the 05-06 header.

All completely interchangeable, though some are "better" than others in overall design. I use that term loosely because there is still a huge cat on all of them.
