CEL
I got a check engine light recently. Took my car by auto-zone so they could pull the code. They used 2 different Scan gauges and neither of them could link up. Any Ideas as to what is wrong.
sometimes that happens, one of the monitors probably isnt activating or isnt ready...i know my buddie 07 tc CEL came on so he reset the ECU next day it came back on he got in scanned but no codes came up,and they told him to drive the car for a few hundred miles sometimes it takes long for a code to appear

got it fixed =) now I can work on my project car.
What was the problem elcapetan? I just had my CEL light come on this morning.
I have had my injen CAI on my car for about 6 months now without a problem, so i am not sure if its the MAF sensor. The car is still fairly new with only 20k miles on it. It runs fine and doesn't make any abnormal sound.
What you guys suggest i do? Btw does autozone charges for the diagnostic code scan?
