Default clutch or slave cylinder???

ok so I was driving along, got hard to get into gear, then nothing. Wouldnt go into any gear. If I turn it off put it into gear and push the clutch pedal down it stalls like the clutch isnt engaging.
When I try to crank the car in gear with the clutch pedal down, it jumps like it wants to go.

Is there any way to see if it is the slave or master cylinder or the clutch itself?

clutch is a stage 4 Clutch masters about 1.5 years old

Have you checked your brake fluid level? If it dropped and you got air in the line might not be able to disengage the clutch. Does the slave cylinder move when you push the pedal?

well the slave is good, brake fluid level is fine,

Im thinking it might be the throwout possibly, cause it just went, it wasnt a gradual or intermittent thing it went from working to not working
