computer chips??
Buy a German car if you want computer chips. Other than that, learn to search.
The Toyota ECU's do not store operating information on any chip other than the main processor, which makes "chipping" your car effectively impossible. The only way to adjust fuel and timing without resorting to a piggy-back computer would be to flash it.
And the only way to flash it is to figure out how Toyota encrypted the computers. Which no one has done, or (for all we know) even bothered to try.
Any "chip" you see marketed for any Scion is a scam.
