At this time we have the s-pipe on our company car... Has been on our car since we made the part available for sale. TO date our company has had no fitment issues.... I will not deny our company has had serious problems with accurate time frames supplied by our manufacturers... According to our manufacturer, the flanges should be clearing customs later today or tomorrow... however we are waiting on a hydralic valve for the mandrel bender. If you have an Alum S-pipe on order, they should be shipping within 2 days. All Stainless orders are being held due to the valve problem.

Thanks
James

Mandrel benders are about $100,000 for a good one.. The valve keeps pressure against the pipe being bent to prevent it from slipping. Stainless piping tends to slip more then aluminized... so without this valve, its impossible to make the stainless pipes. The valve went bad Friday morning, and a new one was on order by Noon... Just waiting for it to arrive... I am following this very closely and will post when I know. I am also waiting on a stainless pipe... I am right there with all you guys,...

James

Just relax a little. I know you're 16, and everything is a rush and priority for you at that age (not meant to be an insult, just remembering what it was like when I was that young), but there isn't anything to be worried about here right now.

If it makes you feel better, I've met James in person, and spoken with him at the local meets a few times. He is very trustworthy, and I have absolutely no reason to doubt him, or be concerned with anything that has happened here. His shop isn't too far from me, and I know where to find him if need be (so it's not like he is running off anyplace), but I just don't see anything like that happening. I wouldn't be doing business with CC or freely promoting his company if I didn't feel 100% comfortable with both him and the company itself.

I firmly beleive that the parts will get here without excess delay (read: week or so), and when they do, all of us will be quite happy. That's just my opinion/thought, and I am in no way connected with James or CC.

Also bare in mind... even though you guys post daily, call daily, and E-mail daily.... I do try my best to speak to the manufacturers on a daily basis to get updates so you all are not left in the dark... however I cannot visit the forums every min of the day... I am VERY sorry for the delays on ALL the new products we have brought to the market... Manufacturers are just not producing like they used to... Heck my Buddy Club 2 Body Kit still has no ETA... I am sorry I did pre-orders on this pipe, but a valve breaking was unexpected.

James,

All of us appreciate the hard work you do...not just the making/designing parts bit, but the updates you provide us (through all mediums of communication), the information and experience you bring to the table, and giving scionlife and the scion community a reputable company to deal with.

Please don't let the impatience of a few people (not directed at anyone in specific) frustrate you or impact your dedication to what you do. Most of know that in any business, there will be unexpected delays, as well as certain customers that you cannot appease no matter how hard you try.

Just know that there are a number of us that think you and yoru comapny are a tremendous assett here.

I think people just need to realize that pre-orders are subject to delays. I have no complains as of yet.
