Hey im gonna get a custom cat back exhaust for my tC. just wanted to know what u guys think would be good size for the pipe. i was thinking about 2.5", but some people have been sayin to just stick to 2 1/4".

 

if you're staying NA, shoot for 2.25" mandrel bent 304 stainless

 

Make sure to check if they actually do mandrel bends. If you're going to a local muffler shop, they usually crush bend.

 

alright ill be sure to ask them that. whats the diffrence between a mandrel bend and a crush bend though? im not too familiar with that type of stuff . also do you guys have any sugestions for mufflers...i was thinkin an injen..i heard one and it sounded sexy.

yea i heard that the borla muffler was good. u got any sound clips or anything of it?

 

not yet. i haven't put the exhaust on yet. i will start a thread about it when i get it on.
