So, i have an 05 tC and i was looking at headers for it but most of them seem to say "off road use only" even the ones that dont take out the cat, i dont know alot about headers and was wondering if they all just say that to cover their ___ or if i wont be emissions legal if i get a set, i live in louisiana and our rules arent quite as strict as those in Cali. if anyone knows of any that are legal or knows if i would be safe with the non cat eliminating ones feel free to post

 

all aftermarket headers delete your primary catalytic convertor. none of them come with their own cat. so they are all emissions illegal and therefore they are not street legal.

check your local laws for emission testing.
