This is half Power Hungry and half Corner Carvers, but Im going to get a Tanabe strut tower brace and I wanted to know if anybody has any issues with clearing the Weapon R engine damper? It doesnt have to be the Tanabe, but any info reagrding fitment of STB w/ damper would be apreciated.

Im running both in my TC atm. Only gripe about the damper is that you can hear the engine a little too well inside the car. At first I thought it was cool cause it sounded a bit robotic to me but then while I was driving from northern utah to san diego it got rather annoying....

Now on to the fitament question. It wasn't hard at all. What I did was put the tanabe strut bar first then the weapon r damper. All in all it took about 30mins if that. Just make sure you support the engine when you are going to remove the screws or something from the motor mounts so that you can bolt on the second triangle piece on the weapon r damper into the mounts.....had a friend almost mess that one up hehe. But anyways good luck and hope you enjoy the damper and strut bar as much as I have. PS my corners like a champ now with the strut bar and sway bars hehe.
