Default Engine Idle RPM...too low?

Ever since I installed my header and S-Pipe I have had my CEL on. The antifoulers will not fit under the car with the s-pipe either so that is out of the question.

Ever since I installed these parts my engine Idle has been around 650-700...Is this too low? It kind of scares me since it had an idle around 750-800 before the exhaust...or is this normal? Dunno...hopefully this weekend I can get rid of the CEL but I need to be able to fit the antifoulers down on the S-Pipe

Injen CAI>AW Header>Invidia S-Pipe> CUstom Mid Pipe> TRD Axle Back

that is my set up. I have no idea why the fouler will not fit. The fouler with the O2 sensor is hitting some other part of metal on the frame...dunno how to fix this but either way...my engine ALMOST feels like it is bogging down.

My Idle is around 650 780... little rougher than OEM but that's already normal for me.

to be able to fit the antifouler on the s-pipe.. you gotta loosen the bolts of the s-pipe and hold the pipe upwards. i did this on a lift so it was much easier for me.
