Exclamation Exhaust manifold spacer? Do they exist?

So I just switched up my setup and to give you an idea its a turbo toyotas manifold with dumptube, garrett 57 trim turbo from the dezod kit and pretty much a zpi fmic setup. Anyways the turbo is too big (first world probs) and will not allow the manifold to bolt all the way up to the head. I shaved a little bit of the block down (right below where it says 2AZ-FE) and that made it a little better but I still need another 1/8 inch (realistically probably less).

My question is does a manifold/header spacer exist? Also would just throwing two mani gaskets on there work or has anyone ever tried doing this? I have no idea why you would unless you somehow ran into this same problem.

Lemme know if you have any ideas.

fabricate a spacer. two gaskets would probably cause a leak somewhere its meant to seal between two metals not gasket to gasket to metal

If you want to risk it with a spacer, find a header and cut off all the piping and use just the flange.

What i think I'm going to try first is taking a OEM gasket that is 2 pieces of metal pressed together, take them apart and put a thicker soft metallic gasket in between them. If that Doesnt work I'll probably contact dezod and see if he can send me a flange for a decent cost. Custom fabrication gets real pricey real fast.

Any pictures of where its hitting? I know with a cast manifold and my 6262 (S comp housing, largest T4 comp housing made) it hits the clutch slave cylinder and I had to cut off part of the slave cylinder for it to fit (it was just an extra tab on the slave cyl, doesnt affect anything by cutting it)

This is what I would suggest. Try to find a nice one used though. That way you're not risking cracking or warping under heat. But you'll also need longer studs.
