Default Exhaust Question

I've been researching the greddy evo2 exhaust on the net and this forum and can't get a straight answer when it somes to if it's an axle-back or cat-back system. I've seen it referred to as a axle-back in the performance part testing roundup sticky but on greddy's website they call it a cat-back. Can someone help me out? Im trying to figure out if i need a midpipe or not. Thanks.[/b]

thanks. my next and last question is since it's an axle-back i'll be getting a midpipe and originally i was going to get the invidia s-pipe (beacuse it looked like thats what most people on this forum and elsewhere preferred) but will that s-pipe match up in dimension with the megan midpipe and evo2 exhaust? i think i remember reading that the diameter for the s-pipe was 2.5 and the midpipe was 2.25. would it make that much of a difference or should i just go with the megan s-pipe instead which i think sits flush with the megan mid pipe?
