Default A/F Ratio Sensor Threads Melted??

Anybody else had a problem with their first O2 Sensor AKA A/F Ratio Sensor having the threads melt to the factory exhaust manifold? Mine did and I had to buy a new one when I put my DC-Sports header on and the damn sensor cost me $205+Tax.

haha yes mine did too!! f*ckin sux dont it.. yea my guy was able to take it out and re-thread it.....i almost spent the $200 as well... sux bro....

what im really worried about though is the header brackets/braces that were on the stock one and do not come with the DC header.. im sure they were inplace for a good reason..if you look at the header when you rev it it shakes a LOT... when i get back from work in 2 weeks im gonna try and have my stock braces put on or custom fab'd ones get done cuz i can only imagine the header shaking loose or some other problem i dont need...
