Thumbs up Free mods?

Does anybody know if there's anything you can do to the 2azfe performance wise for free or very cheap? Like any adjustments or anything like that... I'm not stingy I just to get the most out of my motor before I start dropping mad cash.

Remove your paper air filter? No. Leave the filter in the car. A cheap drop in filter from K&N won't gain you anything besides being able to clean it.

Removing the axle back will make the car sound like crap and get you tickets.

Painting wheels is ricey.

If you want to mod your car, you need money. Theres simply no way around it.

Put coffee grinds inside your intake. Works like NOS.

search free mod's.

All that amounts to is a home depot lip, taking out the "Silencer" in the stock intake system... and losing some weight.

Theres a little box you can take off and plug with a sink plug, taking out the "silencer."

Honestly it doesnt even do anything, I'm just too lazy to put it back on, and it was something to do when I was bored.

Here ill grab you a link to the thread I read it from.

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/sho...ntake+silencer

Note the sink plug, thats basically what my intake looks like right now.

in place of the plug on stock intakes theres a box that connects to the hole, although honestly I'm not too sure what the whole point of the box itself is, works fine without it.

The box that comes after the sensor is your resonator.

The reason I'm asking is I was playin with my buddy's evo10 and we made his turbo only taper down to 18 psi instead of the factory 16 and didn't cost a dime... I didn't know if there was anything of that nature you could do.
