Sad thing is most of the above posters are right, without some $$$ the best you can really do is remove weight (of the driver and car) and possibly take it to a large deserted parking lot/airstrip if youve got em and learn how to handle the vehicle on its limits, and learn where those limits are. If you can afford it, a SCCA autocross day is a great thing to try. Driver mods are proven to add more than stickers.
