On my 08 tC I got the full bolt ons, Injen intake, Alphawerks Header, AP underdrive pulley, and Tanabe touring madallion exhaust. I havent done the exact math yet but on a full tank i got 335 miles. The needle was below the E so im guessing the most i coulda got out is who knows maybe like an extra 10-15 miles. Dont know the fuel tank capacity of the tC . But 335 miles on a tank sounds like garbage to me. My car has 6k miles on it. I didnt drive it hard at all either but the only thing I have to take into consideration is that i live in germany and have to get on the autobahn every day for work, so not sure if 80mph daily for like 12 miles plays a factor in that. Not really pushin it...

yeah it does... the tc is most efficient at about 70mph, but that is still pretty good mileage on a tank. remember that most cars' fuel tanks are sized specifically to yield a range of about 300 miles - other types such as vans and other light commercial vehicles are setup to get about 500-600 miles on a tank.

i have a bunch of bolt-ons, i'm at 53k miles, and i get about mid 20's for city, and just a bit over 30 for high way after refining my driving habits.

and for those that don't know, the fuel tank is 14.5 gallons. as for 335 miles on a tank, that isn't bad. 335 miles/14.5 gallongs is 23.1 mpg, which is the epa estimate for city, but since you didn't burn all 14.5 gallons of gas in the tank, your actual mpg should be higher.

i used to drive to frostburg obscenely fast, my mpg was like 17-19 mpg.

an intake or short ram is supposed to increase your mpg maybe by 2mpg, but most users who have this mod loose MPG's due to them not being able to keep their foot off the gas pedal. as far as an exhaust i didn't loose or gain from it.

thanks for your reply guys..
i know when im on E the fill up is usually 12.5-13 gallons and get around 300-330 to that amount... just thought id throw that in... so basically it looks like it doesn't really hurt mileage

and idk about you but the EPA on my tC is 20/27 .... where you pulling 23 for city from?

in 2005, when the tc came out, the epa rating was 22/29 for the manual
