Default Greddy EVO2 cat-back with header&intake?

I dont have it yet since I only ordered it yesterday but ive heard it and think its great. I was wondering if anyone else on the site has the Greddy and if so what do you think of it. One more thing, how would the exhaust sound if i installed a header? I already have an INJEN cai, and Im going for an i/h/e setup. Do i need to buy a resonator or anything or will the exhaust and header sound good without one?

I have it...by its self it sounds great, with an intake it will sound even better, with a 2.5 S-pipe and Mid-pipe(with a 30" resonator) it will sound incredible!

with a header it will sound like CRAP...you can slap on resonators(actually straight through mufflers) till the cows come home and it will still sound like crap untill the day you either put back the OEM header or take off the EVO2.
that exhaust is TUNED to the tc's STOCK specs, it will never sound the same without the OEM header.

first of all, the EVO2 is axleback, not cat-back. To make a custom cat back...do as mugetsu said...midpipe with resonator...s-pipe if it's legal in ur state because it deletes a catalytic converter. Yeah the EVO2 does not sound good with an aftermarket header...even with a resonator...i have still heard rasp on these

i do believe that the s-pipe is from the primary cat back ( i could be wrong though, it has happened be4) and we have 2 cats on our car...deleting the second one

wasnt there a chart somewhere showing the primary cat in the stock header and secondary cat in the oem mid pipe? it would make sense that its there because when i had the megan midpipe, my car had super rasp and smelled like crap(i had full header back exhaust system), then when i put the OEM mid back it reduced the rasp (long looking tube = resonator) and it didnt smell anymore (little second cat in thats on the mid)
