Default Help!!! Bolt going in circles

Ok so I put headers on my car. It was fairly easy. Everything came out fine but the top right bolt is on but won't tighten or even lossen now. There's a small leak but the car still runs fine. Any idea how I can fix this?

You can try cutting the head off and pull the remaining bolt out with pliers. Just a thought. Do it at your own risk of course lol

its stripped. use a flat head to pry it out while turning it. you might have to use a over sized bolt or you can find someone to timesert it so you can use a stock bolt (i would do this).

Yes I used a torque wrench but it never got tight. Once it went where it is now it just stayed. I don't know if I stripped the stud threads or the bolt threads. The outside of the bolt is fine. I tried the screw driver thing and there just isn't enough room to get it between them. I was thinking to just tr and remove the stud but I'd need the torque bit tool for it.

i forgot that it uses studs, not bolts. you got extremely lucky, its very easy to replace a stud/nut. if you can, grab the end of the stud with vice grips or a bolt extractor and remove/replace.
