Default Help!! Possible Header Leak

I Have a 5A tc with 21000mi. I thought my check engine light may have come on due to a leak in my Weapon R intake. I check all the hose clamps, vacuum hoses and reset the ECU. The car was running decently it seems there is a slight sputter in RPMS from the 3000-5000 range under a slow acceleration. The motor seemed louder than usual. I opened the hood and it seems there is a louder than usual noise coming from under the header shroud. It dosent tick like a gasket leak, it just sounds noisy, not really noisy but a slight hiss, and an occasional tick. I'm going to autozone this weekend to have the CEL code checked. Im just looking for a little help here thanx. Oh btw i have an intake but im wondering if i go to get any warranty work at Gateway toyota here in toms river NJ they might deny me, cause i here there real sticklers. Any help would be apperciated. Thanx

if it is in you exhaust then they cant deny your warranty claim, b/c you have an intake

Same thing happened to me in my old civic.. but it was a the ditributer cap. It was misfiring. I would take off and my car would stuutter for a bit.. then go.

check the gasket from the header to the S-pipe.

if that is loose or open, it will throw CEL for sure. and make sure ur header is tightly bolted down to the block. leaks from that are really fatal to ur cars engine life

i would put the stock airbox back on and take it in. when you step on the gas does it feel like you are hitting a rev limiter now matter what RPM you are at? if thats the case you prolly messed up the MAFS.
