what are the bolts and the bracket for? I was going to install my exhaust last night but I thought I would ask you guys first. Thanks!

 

you need to take off the rubber sleve on the top left of your car and install it on the new bracket. the new bracket goes the opposite on the other too on the crossbar..... feel inside of it and you will feel an oval hole with a small hole. you install it there... if i had my camera id take pics so you can see what i mean
