Hi I just changed all my brake lines and wanted to change my clutch line also but I saw no separate bottle that holds fluid for the clutch and I wonder
if it's the same as the brake. It's scary because if the brakes ever go bad and I loose fluid then I loose control of the clutch also because they are together.

Anyways can anyone help me or tell me if they are all from the same bottle?

They are all from the same reservoir. There is a seperate bleed nipple on the front of the transmission for the clutch cylinder. Recommended way is to use a brake bleeder vacuum pump on it, or alternately you can keep pressing the clutch with the nipple removed undil fluid comes out.

 

They use the same fluid/fluid resevoir. From what I can remember, the master cylinder and bleeder valve for the clutch is mounted to the frontward facing side of the transmission housing (or around there). The line runs from there to some hard lines up under the bumper area.

OMG that is so ___ from Toyota no wonder why you can't brake lol . One time I broke brakes on a Escort
and I got home only cause I was down shifting if the brakes go on the Scion then can't even use the clutch then .

B​​​​​ecause they use the same reservoir would I need to press the clutch alternating with the brake to bleed . or would I only press the clutch and use "the gravity bleed " method through the slave ?I know this forum is old but hoping you can help.
