Yea from what I have seen and read if your building up and looking to make good power your going to need sufficient cooling especially if your going f/i but either way, keeping your motor cooler helps it run better too a certain extent also with the water meth you get some xtra ponies and help clean the motor, so it runs more efficiently. As for the cams I'm gonna stay away from those for a bit, I'll see what happens with new headers, full exhaust pulleys nd meth, and then consider the cams. Or go all out nd get spray :p

Well I would prob go with a devils own stage 1 I think they call it, its around 200 I was thinking the aem one but its mucho $ and I figured I'm not goin to have crazy performance mods or serious upgrades so I should be ok with that, in comparison a friend of mine has an 11.3 second srt-4 that runs 33 psi nd she has the same water/meth kit I'm prob gonna get so I think its good enough for me

ingalls torque damper will help send some more of that crank hp to the wheels also keep your wheels on the ground a lil better on launch. i also have a question im running heat wrapped megan header, a-power pulley, ingalls torque damper, heat wrapped Weapon r SRI with ram air, and a custom midpipe with tanabe concept g axel back. would it be worth it selling the megan header and the weapon r intake to get the injen CAI and the Weapon r header and s pipe?

yes on the header, no on the intake. There is very little difference between intakes for the tC, but megan products are **** so get rid of that thing before it rusts on you.

If you want to go meth go with Devils Own, hes right here in OKC and is a great guy to deal with, always out to help people rather than just make a buck, only uses first rate stuff and sells it as low as he can to get by, i spent some time over at his shop the other day and this guy really knows his stuff. Be sure to give him a ring if you have any questions im sure hed be happy to help!

Hmm, I got a question on the piping size. Will increasing the size of the midpipe/axelback to 2.5" make any difference? I thought that increasing piping size for N/A would actually hurt performance?

2.5 is as big as u want to go for n/a. and cool on the header. less rasp with the weapon r too. used to run a tsudo replica of it but i was having some fitment issues with it thats why i went with the megan i needed a header that was cheap and still decent quality fast so thats what i got. i guess ill just save up and order the real deal weapon r.

Hah I'm actually running the tsudo header and s-pipe right now. I have a custom catback, got a 30inch resonator in the midpipe and using the OEM secondary cat, and some random muffler on the axelback.

So your saying running a 2.5inch exhaust would help keep the header heat down, and produce less rasp ?

nah nothing will keep the header hear down unless u coat it or u wrap it. and yea im running the same lil custom factory midpipe too def helps with rasp and cuts back on that straight through piping smell. yea wish my tsudo would have worked out i loved that thing looked awesome and i had no rasp at all with my setup but now with the megan im getting some rasp between 3 and 4 k rpm until the pipes heat up then the rasp kinda goes away. idk im kinda just tempted to just keep the megan. MMW header and s pipe isnt worth the extra $445 bucks i gotta duke out for the extra 1-2 hp maybe a lil more. just more money i could put towards a turbo or s/c.

Yea I'm working on saving up some cash for a water/meth my friend is real satisfied with hers nd I already explained what she's running, so I'm sure I'll be more than happy, as for the exhaust once I get my hands on a mmw header nd s-pipe which I hope thendawg sells me (hint hint) I'm gonna have a custom 2.5 midpipe made with a huge 30" resonator to fight the rasp monster, and yea 2.5 is the biggest u would want to go for n/a because 4-bangers usually need to run off of backpressure and if there's not enough, u will loose power there has to be an even amount, but I think I should be alright with my setup
