how i will kill rasp

the aw does actualy vibraite against its self but othere then that its all the free flowingness that causes the rasp lol so get some thing sort of restrictive on the exhuast to clean up the noise then run a electric exhaust cut out to kill the restrictivenes and get the rasp back lol

the solution is simple WRAP YOUR HEADER SO THE PIPES WONT VVIIIBBRRRATTTE TOGETHER and amplified by the rest of the exhaust sys. let me know if this is a fix.

i dont have a aw header so that isnt the issue and if i did i would just weld the pipes together since i have a nice little mig sitting in my garage


but the wraping idea does sound good

function over fashion lol it will keep the engine bay cooler and the header at a more constant temp so every thing will flow easier

I posted this comment earlier about this header. And its not just the AW header, i believe the 4-2-1 dc sport also vibrates against itself as well. Probably others.

I posted this comment earlier about this header. And its not just the AW header, i believe the 4-2-1 dc sport also vibrates against itself as well. Probably others.

i just installed my DC, and i think your right because i do think i hear some sort of vibration from it at certain rpms. Its very annoying
