Default Injen Intake problem!

Well I recieved and installed my injen intake about two days ago. We basically installed it how the instructions asked minus taking off the front bumber. The problem is now my power window for the passenger side wont work from my side. You can row it up from the passenger side but not from mine. My window works fine and also the one touch open bytton for the sun roof wont work i have to hold the button down now. Any ideas??????

Let me see I be generous....

To reset the windows on the driver side roll down window half way and then roll up window and continue holding the button up for 2 seconds. For the passenger side window do the same.. Then for the sun roof open the sun roof and close it and hold the button down for 2 seconds too. You should have all setting reset...
