People can probably thank Doc for the prices being so low as well. If I recall correctly all other short shifters were quite a bit higher until he came out with a nicely priced version
Seems that since then the others have gone down. But, I really didnt study all the other options. I am more prone to trust a part from someone I have interacted with, and know how they build them. I also am more prone to supporting small businesses, especially those born straight out of our cars market, if they build quality products.

If you want the best shift feel, dont go anywhere other than the Doc's. By far the best you can buy, no matter what anyone says. Luckily, he leaves it as cheap as he does, for the product that he creates, it should be much more expensive.
