Intake with the Supercharger
put in basic terms, not necessarily a very technical explanation... the supercharger is basically a big pump that will increase the force of air entering the engine. for this reason, the typical cold air, or other intakes are not really necessary, nor will the fit, since the supercharger will change the intake path. supercharger and turbo kits usually come with their own intakes designed for those applications. this will probably be the case with the TRD supercharger.
Keep the CAI! It can be adapted with minor modification to the intake pipe with a 90 degree coupler or two, and will prove useful. The supercharger isn't fed off hot gases like a turbo, so the cooler the air going to the blower, the cooler the air coming out!
Another upgrade that can be added is the water to air intercooler like the ones the Vortech kits come with.
