Sorry, I disagree. Injen's intake has the highest yeilding HP of all the intakes.

by how many hp/whp?

Do a search, they did an intake ShootOut...

( $60 for generic intake pipe and $40 for the AEM filter.) this set-up works great.

I'm sorry, I have to disagree with this as well. You can not go grab a cheap Ebay intake and just slap on an Injen, K&N, or whatever filter and expect the same results. The piping design was engineered for optimization. If you look at the Injen intake for example, you will notice that the pipe coming from the tB is a different size than the one that fits into the fender. It's not because they wanted to be different, it was engineered that way. They don't slap metal together, and then all the R&D goes into the filter. R&D goes into pipe design/size and the filter, to optimize the best air flow.

As a rule of thumb, you always "Get what you Pay for". And Injen was the best.

Did you also note how the Injen and the K&N you keep bragging about didnt fit well at all and vibrated inside the fender. Was that because they designed it that way?

No, it was because you Installed it wrong...

I swear, I hate people who blame the product because of their incompetence.

I dont have it nor will i have it. Nor did you ever have it. You no what else did anyone dyno this intake yet? Nope didnt think so. This thing could put injen to shame you dont know. So go defend ZPI and quit trying to bring others parts down to ZPIS level. You have paid for your sponsership so dont talk about bad products off ebay. The only name anyone should respect that sponsers you is Fidanza.

Maybe you should do a search before spouting off at the mouth. An Intake dyno test was done MONTHS AGO! It's that little red button at the top of your browser that has those little white letters in it that spell Search

God, another NOOB put in his place.

Goes to show exactly how long you have been around these boards, if you can't even remember them doing an Intake Dyno shootout.

Who gives a rat's a$$. Not all intakes are created equal. The point I've been trying to say the whole freakin time. You get what you pay for, bottom line. Point is, you can't go slap on a filter and think you are going to get the same results as an intake that was ENGINEERED for maximum flow.

hmm....Wow an attempt to discredit someone based off of who they purchased their turbo kit from. Never seen that move before. Guess the fact that I've owned an Injen intake before to, is questionable.

I am not saying you are a joke. Most know what they need to know about you to make a judgement for them self. All i am saying is this INTAKE has never been ran on a dyno period so you have no idea if it makes less or more power but you think you know it all

Let me guess next your gonna say that ZPI is paying the government to send these soldiers off to war, so they dont have to send them their kits or refund their money, right.

Why dont you offer up some real product knowledge and let people decide for themselve's who they are gonna buy from.

Oh yes another ZPI trooper. Even if I didnt have ZPI product, I still am sick and tired of seeing your post bashing them, in a forum geared for product knowledge and questions on product, not retail expeirence. They have a forum for that and thats were it should stay. You maybe able to bash on their service, but lets hear you bash their product or numbers. Hmmm. Oh wait you cant cause they make great product and have the numbers to back it up. So do us all a favor and talk about product and go bash them in the correct forum.

You first...

And where do you draw the conclusion of people turning the tC into the next Civic. Yeah, I'm sure I have 20inch rims and neons underneath the turbo kit....

Again, this is an Intake thread, should stay that way. Back on topic, when have you EVER seen an Ebay intake, or any performance part for that matter, perform as good as the engineered intakes? No one said it wouldn't yeild any power. Someone implied that all intakes are the same, I only merely objected and said a dyno shootout was done, and Injen came out on top as producing the highest hp and tq. NO WHERE did I ever say the intake he bought was worthless.
