First off, we ran the F5 again cause it was already on the car. This is a full Cold Air intake
Why in Page 1 the Injen intake did 157.50 hp (CAI) and 152.41 (SRI) and in Page 7 155.77 hp???
Dynos have about 5hp error (so I've read).

Plus you just can't compare dynos that aren't done on the same day at the same time, under the same circumstances, you need a baseline and then you need the versions all done the same. Otherwise it's meaningless.

the second pull was done on a different day. ambient temp and humidity can cause fluxuations in hp output.

Are there going to be any exhaust dyno's or am i just wasting my time with this thread now......

i am tired of coming back and hearing someones take on why this is better or why it should run again!! Its annoying....if you dont like the results, then go get the damn thing yourself and test it. This is just to give an idea and for that i am grateful and anxious to see others like an EXHAUST one...please

Sorry for the rant, but i am sick of everyones criticism...until you go an get multiple bolt on's and test each one exactly the way you THINK it should be....Then SHUT UP

i know is kinda off topic, but i have the K&N drop-in and the TRD Exhaust.

Do i have to reset the ecu? Cause i haven't done that yet, and what would happen if i reset or don't reset it?

and anyone have any idea y would a less restrictive filter yield less HP than the stock one?

TRD Drop in (AFAIK) is just a rebranded K&N).

CAI's are not smog legal for the TC, which (again) AFAIK is why Scion never released the AEM one, becuase they couldn't get the stickers.

My shattered dreams....
If a CAIis installed isn't there a spot for the O2 sensor (on some models)? & if there is, what the blazes does it do if it ain't helpin to make things smog legit?

It's because they all remove the carbon filter. That stops uncombusted fuel from getting out into the air through the intake.

Again IIRC.

Great thread guys, GSC thanks for taking the time to help out alot of people who cant afford all these dyno tests + 10 diff intakes

Going by the AFR comparisons.... the WeaponR seems to be a good compromise between stability and best results, or am I reading something wrong?

Also... it tends to get pretty damn flooded around here, so a SRI doesnt seem like all too bad of an idea for me lol.

I totally recommend a heat shield or entire box, heat soak sucks.

So.. it is a bad idea to remove the carbon filter?

Removing it... would give us more power?

I half to laugh at these results, I recently purchased just the K&N airfilter and put it in my car. After disconnecting my battery and the reconnectting it after 15 min my car feels like a new beast. There is no way in the world that the K&N filter lost power, not with the results I am seeing.
