no, it would be smart enough to realize that it's getting ALOT more air than it was before...therefore possibly causing a CEL for running rich/lean

"What can I say about this one it made the most horsepower the Air Fuel line was very clean in fact with an SAFC or ported T-Body could see somewhere in the 165 Range."

What does this mean? What is a T-body and a SAFC?

I have also done a lot of research lately. I have seen some Dyno sheets that say Alphaworks is better then Meganand DC Sports, on a bone stock TC. But, if you look at the Dyno numbers of the Supercharged TC's with the Megan header, they are putting out more HP and TQ then TC's with the same setup with the Alphaworks header. I then seen that MMW adds around 26HP and 24TQ, but they did not present this information very good. I can't tell if it is just the header and S-pipe that gives you this number or if it is the MMW header, S-Pipe, Intake, and Exhaust together that gives you this number. I do have to admit that tekisui is putting down 183.3hp/191ft-lbs with this header. But, then there is aarontrini85 running a 14.7 with a similar setup as tekisui, but has Megan Headers. I then see that somebody with a 5spd tc that ran a 10.405 in the 1/8th mile, after they put on the MMW header. I am currently running the 1/8th mile in 10.26 with only a Megan Exhaust. So I don't know what header to go with right now. I would like to see an independent dyno of a TC with a a full exhaust, crank pulley, cold air intake and a stock header. Then, I would like to see the dyno sheet of 4 different headers run on this setup. I would like to see the dyno on the DC Sports, Megan, MMW, and Alphworks. I think that most people that will be getting a header, they will also be getting a exhaust, intake, and maybe a crank pulley. If somebody could do this, it would clear all of this up. Could KillertC.com/GSCMotorsports.com do this test?

hmm, i checked the aem site, and you can't pick any '07 products yet, so it would be a safe guess to say not yet....i have one for my 06.....

06 aem cai been done yet? i've heard it outperforms ingen's but i'd like to see proof.

no 07 intakes done yet that i've seen they moved the mass air sensor so they havent been produced yet.

does ingen use dry filtering or oil charge?

1HP is nothing. It wont be felt at all. You can easily 'gain' 1HP on the same dyno the next day.

KillertC.com / GSCMotorsports.com no longer have a shop tC so unless you bring a car to them with the parts whey will not be able to provide you with the information unless it's already been posted here. To my knowledge, the last tC they used was my '07 Auto to install an Injen CAI.

Damn...I was all about getting the Fujita intake since the Power Chamber won't be available any time soon for 07's. Surprise surprise the Injen is better.

I HAVE A V2 INTAKE ON MY TC!!! IT IS JUST A SHORT RAM THOUGH. I BOUGHT THE V2 FROM A FRIEND THAT HAD IT ON HIS HONDA CIVIC THAT HE RECKED AND i MODIFIED IT TO FIT ON THE TC. I DRILLED A HOLE FOR THE MAF SENSOR FLATENED THE PIPE SLIGHTLY SO THE MAF SENSOR SAT FLAT. I ALSO HAD TO MAKE A SMALL RESTRICTION IN THE PIPE RIGHT AT THE MAF SENSOR SO IT WOULD READ CORECTLY. I DEFINATLY NOTICED A DIFFERENCE IN POWER!! i HAVE RACED A TC THAT HAD AN INJEN COLD AIR AND EXHAUST AND BEET HIM BY 2 CAR LENGTHS!

IF ANYONE WANTED TO PAY i WOULD BE WILLING TO HAVE IT DYNOED!
