Obviously, you have never ran a business, nor does it sound like you have ever been at the forefront of running a business. You are probably one of those people that think the statement "The customer is always right" is actually true.
See, this is a perfect example why people shouldn't assume stuff on forums. Actually, I own my own business and have for over 12 years. www.projectgroup2000.com
I have 30+ employees building cellular systems across the country. If I make a promise to my customers, I HAVE to deliver. If I don't....they will move on to someone that CAN deliver and cross me off. I can make up all the excuses I want...they could give a crap less. So, in my world of business, if I make a promise...I deliver on that promise.
PS...I'm sure building a quality turbo system for a brand new vehicle is far from comparison in making already existing technology cellular systems across the country.

How about this. Don't read threads talking about how ZPI is pi$$ing off their customers. If you have skin in the game, then keep "
I must have overestimated your experience with turbo kits. They probably just setup the raw welds of the manifold, intake piping, and downpipe. When they build these kits, they send off the pipe design and someone else makes them. I don't believe they do in house fab other than the original setup.
Either way, did you really think they had 40 turbo kits sitting on their floors waiting for people to buy them when they just said they made ONE for a customer?

I agree it's extreme but just because the people they rely on to do their fabrication f'd up and dropped the ball doesn't mean it's time to throw in the towel and have a hissy fit on the forums.
You took the risk when you bought it and you know it. The fact that they posted the $100/week means you can't whine about anything if the kit get's here at all anytime between now and when you pay $0.
