found a hole in a rubber evap hose where the little green evap service port was and replaced it and the code went away, passed emissions btw

 

awesome news! glad you got it fixed! stuff like this is what helps the rest of us, that if the same thing happens to us we'll know right what to fix! good job!

 

bad news code came back about 150 miles after i passed emissions, went ahead and bought the CRC Mass Air Flow Cleaner, i guess they changed the label now it says in a bubble "Proven to Gain 4-10 Horsepower at the wheels!" dont really care but since you guys are seeing mpg gains must be right in a way, i think its just restoring the original power you lost since it got dirty : ) which is good for me. Well il be back with the results soon.
