Yes it is, I actually installed the anti-fouler's on the s-pipe before I even received the megan header.

If that didn't work for you, and it's odd that it didn't, then you're only other option as far as I know would be to purchase an O2 simulator. It's basically a cap that ports into the stock secondary O2 sensor clip and feeds the ECU lies.

For the mounting bolts on the bracket, what I did was give them a good shot with WD40, wait a couple minutes, tap the metal around the bolts with a hammer, and twist them right out. They're threaded on both ends (externally, and inside the hole). One of them did give us trouble but we used a pair of locking vice grips on them with the bolt wrapped in a rag and it came right out.

It's really strange that the antifouler didn't work... did you tighten down the secondary sensor tight enough? What about the first? If they aren't secured tightly they'll toss you a CEL.

Good luck man!

I drove around about 50-60 miles after resetting the ECU and the CEL came back.

Very wierd situation... instead of guessing the issue which would be like trying to find a ghost, simply get the car scanned to see where its coming from. You could of damaged an O2 Sensor during install.

I had it checked yesterday at the dealer and they said it's happening because of the header.

today I started up my car and heard an odd noise, it sounds like something is trapped inside of the exhaust.. it rattles around a little bit. I'm sure everything is installed right, and the sounds is definately coming from inside the exhaust pipe (it sounds like it's in the s-pipe) is this normal when the megan header is breaking in?

I might take it apart tomorrow and find out what it is.

You didn't drill out BOTH of the anti-foulers did you? You're only supposed to drill out the 'first one'...

O2 Sensor -> Drilled Anti-Fouler -> Non-Drilled Anti-Fouler -> Exhaust Pipe

...like that.

I did the anti-fouler trick with my DC and I'm over 250 miles with no CEL.

i just dropped pretty much the entire exhaust and found a piece of a cat that was built into the megan header.. i believe this is why I was getting the CEL. i'm worried other pieces might break off inside the header. I'll be contacting them to see if they can replace it.

the piece of cat was alot the size of a golf ball.
