I have a '10 Scion TC. I'm looking at either getting a Weapon R I-Throttle Controller to reduce the DBW lag or getting a Unichip. I currently have an Borla Axle Back Exhaust, Weapon R SRI, and soon S-Pipe. Would the Unichip eliminate the DBW Lag like the I-Throttle is supposed to. I know the Unichip (Tuned Properly) will give me more HP and WHP but I'm wondering if it will stop the lag as well. I also considered buying them both but I read a post that said the I-throttle isn't useful after the Unichip.

 

I would do more mods before spending money on one of those

Finish your exhaust system and get some more bolt ons first Like a cai.

 

If the throttle lag is just as bad in hit as a cool morning, have you blow by tested, mine resulted in a warne cyclinder. Pulling too much oil passed smoke test. Ob2 said it was e vac new can an cap an all rubber hoses new, cracked a piston, well previous owner did not me,

 

I'm selling a unichip and could tune it to ur setup if you want. 200 bucks for the chip, tune, harness, and USB cable so you can continute to upgrade. Pm me if interested
