Default Need help, Engine won't start..

So I have a 2007 tC I replaced my head due to bent valves, had a Toyota tech that I'm friends with reassemble the motor.
Put the motor in hook up all the grounds plugs sensors, go to fire it up nothing just sits there and cranks all day I have spark, fuel and compression.
Could it be my harness it was sitting in some grime and got crap inside the plugs but I cleaned them out and still nothing.

Anyone have some input? Please help..

Yowza. Tearing down a head and reassembling it requires that you mess with everything! With this being the reason for no start, it's a toughy. You have to take a deeper look and then let us know. It could be a laundry list of crap. Doesn't sound like timing. Sounds like wiring. Check all of the harnesses to make sure they are all connected.
