Same install as my how-to here on scionlife, without worrying about the water pump and alternator...
actually pretty easy.... just look up the nst install in the tech section and you'll be good to go...

Oh and does the pully come with instructions for the tC?

They have instructions on their site or you can use WeDriveScions' great writeup.
ANy weight reduction helps... and the waterpump and alt pulleys just look soooo coooooool!
I use the stock lightweight from NST because I run the sc setup "smaller crank = less boost". But anyways, I love it! Here is a photo of it on my car at the last show....

hey..........I know quite a bit about cars (or rather I have learned alot ever since I got my Scion in August of '05) but I have never heard about this pulley thing til now.....I have a couple questions........
1. Where are all of these pulleys that are being advertised located in the car?
2.Is the install difficult? Like do I really have to know what I am doing to do it right?
3. Could someone who is doing an install take pictures of the process for me so I can have an idea of what is going on? thanks!!

1. On the engine...passenger's side. Look at the picture above your post
2. No, but if you don't have an impact wrench, the crank pulley will be more difficult to get the bolt out.
3. Already done. Look at the tech section of the site.

I have used a socket, 24" extension to the 1/2" drive wrench, a 4 foot long pipe on the wrench, and a 2x4 to support the extension. It popped the bolt loose without an impact wrench. A 4 foot pipe is a hell of a lot of leverage. :D

Very similar to a flywheel upgrade, just MUCH less cost, less of a weight reduction and a potential inherant risk.
