ehh.. I hear more breakage on the K&N than on any other CAI.. I have the AEM (AEM also makes the TRD CAI, and Toyota slaps the TRD sticker on it) and its like pretty damn solid.. although I'm sure Enfineer will come in here soon and say that CAI's offer 0 gain..

Anyways, I think it has to do with people giving the car more gas/harder on the accel to hear the CAI so they think its got a gain..

Im think im gonna go with the Injen CAI. I heard it gets the most gain and as a mean, deep sound to it.

Adds power but takes away torque. I think it would go great on a turbo setup though. But I definitely felt a gain when adding it and also when I took it off to sell it and put on my stock airbox, it just wouldnt open up anymore in the higher RPM's...
