Hello everyone, I'm at a stand still here have been for 2 weeks. I am in need of some help. This is the second motor I am putting in this car. And I’ve done corollas with the same motor. I’ve never experienced this problem.
I have a 2005 Scion tC got the head shaved put connecting rods head studs and head bolts in. Got the motor trans and just about everything else set in the car and it crank shut won’t start. Checked the injector plugs
they’re getting power also getting 50-70 psi across the board on all injectors. I’m not getting spark but I’m getting power to all the coil packs.
Also not getting power to the crank and cam sensors.

And ideas?

This may sound like a dumb suggestion but I'd hook up a DTS scanner to see if anything was overlooked.

 

Found a solution, had to get the computer reprogrammed. Something about the immobilizer and the key. Built the motor and going to get a turbo for the thing!!
