tryed to install my dc sports header today and when i tried to take out the o2 sensor it came out a quarter turn and locked up anybody else ever had this problem so i cant loosen it any more i dont want to strip it out cause a new one is 125

 

spray some WD-40 and turn it back in and out until you get it out.

 

I had a helluva time with both of those. Lots of WD40 and an adjustable wrench worked for me.

 

yes, while turning keep spraying it with wd-40, they say its CROSS THREADED?? but i had no problems taking it out

 

well tried the wd40 and back and forth thing and now i got it out but it left most of the treads behind.

 

don't worry it wasn't anything you did. I have learned that something at the factory is f-up and keeps screwing up with some of the o2 sensors
