O2 sensor probs and CEL fix probs.
alright guys i have the first version of the tsudo header and s pipe so that means that the o2 sensor screw on deal whatever its called is aimed right at the axle with about 2 inches of clearance if even that. so the 02 wont plug in. i thought buying the angle CEL fix piece would do the trick to angle it away from the axle. now another problem. the CEL is too big and hits the axle. so bare with me. so i took the lil donut gasket piece the u put between the s pipe and header and turned it around which believe it or not gave me about another inch of clearance would have to post pix to show what i did and what im talking about. this made the CEL fix go in and eliminate the CEL. now another problem came up when i disconnected my ingalls ETD to give my car some in cab quietness back i kept noticing a vibration when i take off in first gear and shift to second. felt like it was coming from the back of the car. well i figured out what the problem was since i had only about less than a 1/4 of a inch distance away from the CEL fix and the axle without the ETD stabilizing the engine more it would make the CEL fix rub and grind on the axle. so not cool. so now im stuck between a rock and a hard place. i was only going to hook the ETD back up for shows or mostly running on the track. but now i have to keep it on. and honestly for a DD it is very aggravating. so its either grinding CEL fix or annoying cab noise. what should i do? could i get another o2 plug welded on my s pipe or what? i mean what i want to do is be able to drive around with no ETD and have no grinding noise at all and have some quietness and just bolt the ETD back up to the engine when i race at the track. but i cant do that because of this. i would leave it on all the time its just so aggravating and IDK in my opinion seems like i have more play with my clutch when its not hooked up. so someone pls help.
Have you called Tsudo? You said you have the first version, maybe they'll be willing to swap your s-pipe for the later version, which maybe has clearance for CEL fix ...
Otherwise the fix is to simply cap the Tsudo O2 bung and have a new bung welded in at a convenient spot on the s-pipe and use that to connect antifouler + O2 sensor. (Or instead of capping the Tsudo bung you could use it to connect an AFR gauge if so desired.)
Then you should reverse the donut seal back to its proper position and you're good to go.

yea that might be a good idea. ill contact tsudo and see what they say. if they are not willing to help me out then ill prob take it to a local muffler shop and get them to weld on another bung. think they could and would do that?
o really? something i can find at autozone? what is it a rack item that says o2 sensor bung or something on the pack? and yea i found a lot better place for a lot cheaper. Auto King- $15
Maybe not Autozone, but should be stocked at your local speed shop. If not here's an example from Summit:
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
Keep in mind Summit shipping is free but they charge a $9.75 "handling charge" (I know, I know ...) for up to a $100 order, so if you wind up ordering from them - I do often - order other parts you need to make that charge worth it ...
