anyone ever use eneos they were at d1gp promoting there products. anyone ever hear of them or anything

 

I use mobil 1 0w-20 and I run a purolator pureone filter with a filter mag on it as well

 

what does the oil cap say 0w-20? and whats the difference between that and regular. and whats a filter mag

 

others use what they want. use whats recommended which is on the oil cap.

well when I got my free oil changes at the dealer they put in 0w-20, but after that when I went and had to pay the put in 5w-20. I would just stick with the 5w-20

 

ill just run the mobile1 with a oem filter( just got them ) but im thinking about taking it back and just getting the trd highperformance one... and what other synthetic products can i run on my car to make the engine smoother. and does synthetic relly burn as fast as people say. i tend to redline my car quite a lot(automatic)

 

if your burning oil you have lot more problems...

 

im not its a 09 tc with 4800 miles on it haha i better not be burining oil!!!!! im just saying all my friends say synthetic burns faster

 

Just think about that statement, makes no sense. Synthetic was made to extend the life of the oil so you could go longer, if it burned faster this would not be the case.

 

why are you redlining on an automatic?

 

Isnt that impossible unless you do the shifting yourself?

i just gun it. and it hits redline and i know i dont mess with 1 2 and 3 and yes i agree with you dj i didnt say they were right they just say stupid @%#

Silly question but.....I'm a new tc owner. In my previous car I religiously got oil changes at 3,000 miles.

I saw in the owners manual something about 4,500 miles (but I believe it was in reference to when the reminder light comes on).

So...when should I/do you guys and gals get your oil changed??
