5000 thousand for me especially if you are using synthetic. The 4500 is when the maintainance light will start flashing to let you know it is time for a oil change, then will stay solid when it hits 5k.

Every 5k miles if you use dino. You can go 7500-15k miles with synthetic depending on which brand/type you use.
