as stated above, the only real way to get power out of the tc is to turbo and its never going to sound like a rex but the set-up i have is pretty darn close. injen cai, megan mid, tanabe concept G

Since you have the greddy t-ic keep it and get a megan midpipe! The t-ic is a nice exhaust and might as well keep it since you already invested in it. The skunk2 is nice but i hear its ridicously loud! Not fart can soundign at all but just sounds good but loud sounds good!

How much louder did the megan mid make the tanabe or did you put them on at the same time? I want to get one, I just don't want it to be a lot louder, I just want some more spits and pops. The tanabe has a good amount now but I love the backfire sound.

the midpipe sounds great but you cant have a header because it would sound terrible

your not really gonna get much power with a I/H/E anyways.
so if you count that out of the equation and just start focusing on sound there are plenty bolt on exhaust out there that sound alright.

once you add a header into the equation then you have to start looking at resonators and getting everything welded together.

IMO, its just to much of PITA.
its a waste of time and money for extremely minimal gains.

^what he said. an intake mid-pipe and exhaust are great for sounds but once you add a header, you will need resonators and such and its just not worth it for the minimal gains! stick with a mid-pipe and exhaust!

just get the megan mid, the ti-c looks 10x better then the skunk 2 exhaust, and the exhaust will both work the same way!

i recommend injen intake, weapon r header/ Dme header with invidia spipe, nst pulley set, megan midpipe, along with the greddy axleback you already have! should net you 15-20 whp

btw, the midpipe will make your ti-c louder with some more rumble! the reason is because the factory mid has a Cat and a pretty big and restrictive resonator

as already stated if your looking for a little more power, invest in new tires, pulleys, clutch, flywheel and put a bottle in it. it will be good enough for government work haha!
