Does anyone have this set up?

I have an Injen short ram intake and mmw header and s-pipe and i just purchased the precision axle back. I was wondering how it sounds, I cant stand rasp so i hope that it sounds good w/out too much riceyness.

Its gonna sound pretty bad with that header on. If you leave the header off it will sounds beautifully though. You can also get a big resonator to take care of that rasp. So if you want a nice clean raspless sound, you got 2 options. No headers, or a resonator with your headers.
